20 sit-ups
15 kettlebell swings
10 plate-loaded overhead-lunges each leg
5 deadlifts
100m farmers walk

Farmers walk is done with the weight in one hand, then change hand and walk back.

    iirc i had something around 45 minutes for 5 rounds with 16Kg/10Kg/60Kg and 35Kg

    The Farmers walk was truly a pain in the ass. ^^
