Absolviere in 15 Minuten so viele Runden wie möglich von:
5 Push Presses
7 Box Jumps
10 Kettlebell Swings
Trage eine Gewichtsweste.
Schreib deine Zeit und das verwendete Gewicht in die Kommentare.
