DIENSTAG, 22. SEPTEMBER

Heute hatten wir zwei Gäste aus Deutschland, Alex & Alex. Beide sind Leistungssportler auf nationalem Niveau in Deutschland und sind daran interessiert, CrossFit zur Verbesserung ihrer Leistungsfähigkeit einzusetzen.
 
Maya hat heute ihr erstes Kreuzheben absolviert, mit guten 37.5kg. Weiter so!

20 Knie zu Ellbogen
20 Rumpfbeugen
20 Liegestützen
20 Kniebeugen

group_1Today we had two guests from Germany, Alex & Alex. They are both competitive athletes on a national level in Germany, and are interested in using CrossFit to enhance their conditioning.
 
Maya did her first deadlifts today with a respectable 37.5kg. Good work!

    Good input, Euan. We’ll get right to it 😉

    I think we should do around 4 to 6 WODs and let them compete. Also, Ramon did the WOD in 5:44 yesterday so it seems they both have someone to chase…
