    We did this as an AMRAP in 20 min with 5 x 10m shuttle runs (touch ground each rep).

    Our top performers:
    Maria (16kg kettlebell) Just under 11 full rounds.
    Steve (24kg) 9 rounds
    Susan (24 kg) 9 + rounds
    Justin (24kg) 9 rounds
    Marcus (24kg) 10 + rounds
