    Tabata Bottom to Bottom, 4 minutes (air squats 20 sec on, 10 off, rest in lower position; 8 total sets)

    Lowest number of reps: 5 (due to the ones in the first set not being deep enough; 12 overall)

    Nice intensity on the legs! 😀
