    17.5 kg & green bands
    6:36 which was 1:08 faster and the weight was 7.5 kg heavier than the last time. So I am very happy!!

    I thought I was well enough for a WOD, but I guess I’m not quite over the hill yet. So I decided to DNF Fran and instead did a different WOD:

    #$@!-Shelf

    For time:

    Put together a shelving unit. Try not to bleed or curse too much when it keeps cutting you with its sharp edges and falling apart even though you hammer it until it should damn well stay put the way you left it. Subtract 3 minutes from your time if you feel a strong urge to kick it but resist.

    I thought I was well enough for a WOD, but I guess I’m not quite over the hill yet. So I decided to DNF Fran and instead did a different WOD:

    If there was a purple heart of CrossFit, Mirko would definitely have earned it by now! 😀

    Excellent time on the WOD, I think it took me longer when I did it in the morning. I actually found some of your blood on the shelf when I put the stuff inside, I thought you were joking with the ‚blood sweat and tears‘ 😉

    Mirko -> DNF (as rx’d, other WOD was good though)

    Michele -> 3:19 (Pullups with green bands round 1, purple bands round 2 & 3; 5kg DB Thruster)
    Daniel -> 4:05 (PU with purple bands; 7.5kg DB Thruster)
    Christian -> 4:19 (PU jumping, 10kg DB Thruster)
    Annabelle -> 5:59 (PU jumping, 3kg DB Thruster)
    Lee Ann -> 6:36 (PU with green bands, 17.5kg BB Thruster)

    Fantastic work everyone, you really pushed it tonight!
