Das Wall Street Journal berichtet über CrossFit im folgenden Artikel: Wall Street Journal: Fitness as a Full-Time Pursuit. Der Artikel beschreibt die Geschichte von Hector Delgado, einem ehemaligen US-Marine, welcher unter einem Tanklaster eingeklemmt wurde. Heute kann er wieder kurze Strecken gehen, nachdem er seit 1 1/2 Jahren CrossFit im Gym von CrossFit Suffolk trainiert.

    A nice time by Evelin and solid Squat-Technique by David. Good progress everyone, keep it up.

    Very timely article and video. One of our trainers has suffered a very bad snowmobile accident and has shattered his pelvis among other injuries. The surgeon said that if he wasn’t in such good shape, the accident would have killed him. I fully expect him to overcome his injury and use CrossFit as part of his rehabilitation.
