Heute findet der zweite von drei Events der Schweizermeisterschaften im Strongman des neugegründeten Verbandes Schweizer Strongman Athleten statt.

Das erklärte Ziel ist es, den Strongman Sport einem breiteren Publikum zugänglich zu machen. Dafür haben wir neu 6 verschiedene Kategorien (Newcomer -80/-90/-105/105+kg und Strongman -105/105+kg) in denen sich Athleten messen können. Zusätzlich haben wir zum ERSTEN MAL IN DER SCHWEIZ die Kategorie STRONGWOMAN Newcomer.

Wettkampfbeginn ist um 11h. Hexbar Kreuzheben, Apollo Axle umsetzen und ausstossen, Atlas Steine heben, Baumstamm stemmen und Schlittenstossen, das sind die Disziplinen. Der Wettkampf dauert etwa bis um 16h.
