Recap from Headcoach Ramon Gysin:
‚ 15.2 is in the books. A repeat WOD from 2014, 14.2.
Our team did not perform up to our standards this time. Strategy was a big issue in this WOD and we should have done better. Rank 58 sets us back to a 35th place after three WODs. Three more to go. We will fight for it.
On a large scale, I am astonished by how many people worldwide did improve within a year. CrossFit is still not taken seriously by many other traditional sports. Yet I am sure that within some years only the sport will increase the competitive capacity and ability in a way that you either need to be a logistic/organisational ninja to be able to work full time and perform on the top – or you will have to be a semi-professional.
This affects us and our team as well. It simply means, step up your lifestyle game (sleep, nutrition, effort, dedication) or you will be left behind.
Now Dave, bring on this heavy WOD – here’s 15.3!! ‚
