Our prayers were not answered! No Open without Burpees.
And not too few of them.
With the muscle ups or chin over bar pull-ups in the second part, the gymnastics skills were also required.

Workout 19.4

For total time:
3 rounds of:
10 snatches
12 bar-facing burpees
Then, rest 3 minutes before continuing with:
3 rounds of:
10 bar muscle-ups
12 bar-facing burpees

As always, the workout was a bit more difficult as it looks on paper.
Only one of our members was able to finish the WOD. Congratulations to Stephan Metzger who finished the WOD in 11:54! Congratulations on this great performance!
