70 Toes to bar
70 Kettle bell reverse lunges
then AMRAP: burpees

18-27 minutes:
50 Synchro sit ups
50 Box jumps (61/51)
then AMRAP: Sumo deadlift high pull

27-40 minutes (13′ time cap):
4 Rounds of:
16 Goblet squats
10 Hand stand push ups
20 Mountain climber
